Often the best controls solution is a combination of strategies using both new and existing controls. The Mammoth EPiC system combines a software approach that can work over a wide range of control protocols with specific hardware interconnection tools, including control panels, actuators, relay networks, metering points, and communication links.

Control equipment can be factory installed, and our other product package offerings – Ultraline chillers V-Cube self-contained units, RMZ Rooftops and iPEC integrated equipment centers -- complement this approach.

The open protocol port can be programmed to communicate in many different standard protocols. This allows users to have their preferred communication network and/or preferred building management system while maintaining the integrity of their Mammoth Equipment.

A unit-mounted backlit keypad display menu structure is commonly used to retain the user-friendliness found in the Mammoth DDC System. Data and set points are organized by unit function rather than lumped into one alphabetical list or organized strictly by input, output or program numbers. The display is four lines with 40 characters per line, allowing better data and set point descriptions.
